NFL news: Steelers’ Cameron Heyward makes Josh Allen accusation

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Cameron Heyward collided with Buffalo Payments quarterback Josh Allen throughout their Week 13 recreation on Sunday evening.

The 2 have been nose-to-nose at one level after Allen threw a landing go to Keon Coleman. Heyward was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct. Buffalo received the final chuckle, 26-7.

Heyward was requested about his interplay with Allen and accused the quarterback of kneeing him within the abdomen.

“I ticked off the entire recreation as a result of they’re protected at quarterback, however I am not,” Heyward stated. via ESPN. “It simply turns me off. … He even stated afterwards, ‘I needed to do one thing to get you off of me.'”

Allen’s media availability to reporters ended earlier than Heyward began. The Payments quarterback didn’t focus on his interplay with the veteran defenseman.

Allen scored a dashing landing within the recreation and set the all-time file for many dashing touchdowns by a quarterback with 76. He surpassed former NFL star Cam Newton.

He completed 15 of 23 with 123 passing yards and contributed 38 yards on the bottom. James Prepare dinner III led the Payments’ dashing assault all recreation. He had 144 yards on the bottom on 32 carries. Buffalo had a whopping 249 whole dashing yards in opposition to the Steelers.

Heyward, a seven-time Professional Bowler and four-time First Group All-Professional choice, had eight whole tackles within the recreation.

The Payments improved to 8-4 on the 12 months and the Steelers fell to 6-6.
