Trinidad and Tobago police say Brown was consuming and ingesting with associates in Castara, a coastal city on the leeward facet of the island of Tobago. Brown then determined to depart and informed his associates he was going to purchase marijuana, native police stated.

Native police responded to a report that Brown was discovered unconscious on Depot Highway in Castara at 10:30 p.m. and was later pronounced useless.

Native authorities have confirmed {that a} suspect has been arrested.

“I can verify {that a} suspect is at present in custody,” Trinidad and Tobago Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro informed The Related Press.

The police haven’t but launched the identification of the suspect.

The Tobago Tourism Division assures the general public of the village’s security.

“The Division of Tourism, Tradition, Antiquities and Transport is deeply saddened and deeply disturbed by the tragic homicide of a stranger within the peaceable group of Castara,” the company stated in an announcement to ABC Information.
