Justice Department preparing subpoenas for John Brennan probe, sources say

Justice Division officers in Miami and Washington, D.C., are actively getting ready to problem a number of grand jury subpoenas associated to an investigation into former CIA Director John Brennan, Fox Information has realized.

Fox Information first reported that Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are beneath investigation from early July 2025. Thursday’s improvement intensifies that investigation. Comey is combating his case in courtroom, with a trial set for January.
