Royal Oak man killed in stabbing at his home
An 83-year-old man was stabbed to loss of life in his Royal Oak residence Friday night, and a suspect is in custody, officers stated.
In response to the Royal Oak Police Division, officers responded to a report of a person calling for assist in the 4300 block of Sheridan Driver round 9:30 p.m. They encountered the suspected attacker, a 35-year-old lady, with blood on her fingers, and arrested her after a short foot chase, police stated.
The sufferer was discovered unconscious within the basement of the home. He suffered a number of stab wounds and was pronounced useless on the scene, police stated.
