Sen. Gallego fires back at CNBC host over Obamacare subsidies question

Sen. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., fired again at CNBC host Joe Kernen over a query about Democrats’ demand for an extension of Inexpensive Care Act (ACA) subsidies.
