Video captures DC chaos as National Guard members chase disruptive youth

A video captured chaotic scenes in Washington, D.C., on Halloween evening, and appeared to indicate Nationwide Guard members chasing youths within the Navy Yard neighborhood.

The DC Metropolitan Police Division (MPD) responded to an enormous group of youths reportedly “engaged in fights and disrupting the movement of visitors.”
