Woman, 77, pleads guilty to stealing Barbie dolls

A 77-year-old lady who was accused of stealing Barbie dolls from a aim store in Bloomfield Township pleaded responsible on Wednesday for third-degree retail fraud.

Vijaya Chalichama Rao from Bloomfield Township was arrested in March.
