An extended-term group for contemporary French-Vietnamese charge says goodbye to Berkeley. Vanessa’s Bistro, opened at Solano Ave. for nearly 20 years, might be completely closed on the finish of December. Co-owner Vi Nguyen stated NOSH that its landlord is not going to renew the lease of the restaurant and that, confronted with monetary headwind and taking foot site visitors, maintaining the corporate open is not viable.
The restaurant of the mother-daughter possession is understood for serving reassuring, sturdy meals reminiscent of seafood brothisse. Vanessa’s Bistro was situated on 1715 Solano Ave. (in Tulare Ave.) in Berkeley.
