Air Force F-16 struck by drone during Arizona training flight, officials say
A routine coaching flight about Arizona in January 2023 took an uncommon flip when an US Air Pressure F-16D was hit by what was initially reported as a non-infected object, however now American defense officials Say was a small drone.
Fox Information confirmed that the incident, which befell close to Gila Bend, Arizona, on January 19, 2023, was a routine coaching mission and was seen by the trainer pilot behind the airplane with two seats.
In line with an American protection officer, the pilot noticed a “principally white and orange object” collide with the left aspect of the plane cover, the clear protecting over the cockpit.

The strike didn’t lead to any accidents or harm.
The Ministry of Protection clarified the state of affairs after earlier experiences claimed inaccurately that the plane was broken and that the item was a non -created object.
