Arnold Schwarzenegger shares New Year’s advice on achieving goals

Actor and former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger offers his recommendation on motivation and reaching targets on New 12 months’s Day, writing on X that constructing a routine is “the one factor that works.”

Schwarzenegger made these feedback in response to a December 19 submit wherein he stated, “My greatest recommendation is to cease utilizing motivation as your solely gas.”
