Birmingham insurance adviser faces trial on fraud charges

A Birmingham man who’s accused of insurance coverage fraud is sure to be tried, Michigan lawyer Basic Dana Nessel introduced on Tuesday.
Todd Bernstein, 67, deserted his provisional investigation and will probably be tried within the sixth Circuit Courtroom in Pontiac, Nessel stated.
He’s accused of “submitting deceptive details about annuity -fitness functions on behalf of his clients, who’re older than 65, to cover that new annuities had been bought with proceeds from early sharpened annuities.”
