A lady sues Corewell Health Beaumont General Hospital after she was allegedly bitten by mattress bugs in a hospital mattress at Grosse Pointe Hospital, in line with a lawsuit filed in Wayne County Circuit Courtroom.

Laura Portrey, a Detroit girl, was admitted to the hospital at 468 Cadieux Street on July 1, 2025, the place she contracted mattress bugs, which precipitated bites and wounds all through her physique, in line with the lawsuit filed in January 2026.
