Clawson Police warns towards DTE -Omitators

Clawson, Mi – Clawson Police has despatched a warning for residents who warn them of DTE -imitators within the space after a disturbing incident in the home of a resident.

The message acknowledged: “We not too long ago approached a resident by three unknown male suspects. They claimed to be at DTE and checked electrical issues within the space. One of many males advised the resident that he needed to examine {the electrical} panel within the basement. Wheile downstairs, the resident heard the higher ground footsteps. She pushed her well beyond the boys and so they all fled north in a white decide -up.

“Per DTE: If somebody arrives at your house or firm who claims that they’re Van Dte, ask to see a badge with an id certificates with photograph. If the individual refuses to point out his badge, don’t enable him to be entered in your home. If the individual is agitated or acts in an odd method, name 911 instantly. “
