Coca-Cola rolls out cane sugar soda products in US after Trump push: report

Coca-Cola has reportedly began rolling out gentle drinks made with cane sugar within the US, months after President Donald Trump urged the drinks large to carry again the ingredient to its US merchandise.

A brand new 12-ounce glass bottle, single-serve gentle drink from Coca-Cola, made with American cane sugar, will launch in choose markets nationwide this fall, an organization spokesperson mentioned. The New York Post.

John Murphy, Chief Monetary Officer of Coca-Cola Firm told Bloomberg News Tuesday that the launch will happen step by step.

The announcement comes months after Trump mentioned in July that he had spoken to Coca-Cola executives about bringing again “actual cane sugar” to their U.S. merchandise and that the corporate agreed.
