Cracker Barrel CEO says recovery will take time amid ongoing headwinds
Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Masino spoke with The Blazes Glenn Again in regards to the backlash she and the corporate confronted following this 12 months’s controversial redesign.
Cracker barrel warned through the firm’s earnings name on Tuesday that the turnaround is slower than hoped after the corporate was embroiled in controversy over the summer season after a rebranding try angered customers.
CEO of Cracker Barrel Julie Masino acknowledged that first-quarter outcomes had been “under our expectations amid distinctive and ongoing headwinds” and that “our restoration will take time” as the corporate’s groups work to regain momentum.
“As you all know, the previous few months have been tough for Cracker Barrel and for our 70,000 group members throughout the nation. And whereas a lot of our company are having fun with our enhanced eating and visitor expertise, we definitely have extra work to do to regain the belief of others who’ve been slower to return,” stated Masino.
“This can take time, however we’re implementing a plan and are assured that we’ll return to the trajectory we noticed in FY25,” she added.
