Detroit Mayor-elect Mary Sheffield names David Bowser chief of staff

Newly elected Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield has named David Bowser, who served as a senior coverage advisor throughout her current marketing campaign and is director of Sheffield’s transition staff, as Metropolis Corridor chief of employees.

“David Bowser’s deep data of Detroit communities and the challenges our residents face makes him uniquely ready for this position,” Sheffield stated in a Dec. 19 information launch.
