Mark Wahlberg purchases $37M mansion on Florida’s ‘Billionaires Row’

Mark Wahlberg formally owns a $37 million residence in Florida, becoming a member of President Donald Trump, Sylvester Stallone and Sydney Sweeney within the Sunshine State.

Wahlberg bought Palazzo di Lago in Stone Creek Ranch, also called “Billionaires Row,” close to Delray Seaside for $37,000,000 together with furnishings, Fox Information Digital can affirm.

Michael Costello of Compass, who represented the customer, and Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman, who represented the vendor, declined to touch upon the transaction. Fox Information Digital contacted Wahlberg representatives about buying the house.

Wahlberg’s new pad spans a complete of 26,000 sq. ft, together with 17,797 sq. ft of residing house. Its new digs embody a membership room, wellness wing, automotive gallery, personal tennis courtroom and saltwater lagoon pool.

Wahlberg, who moved his household from Hollywood to Las Vegas in 2022, is the newest superstar to make the transfer to Florida.

Stallone bought a sprawling $35.4 million residence in Palm Seaside in 2021.

Stallone’s spouse echoed her husband’s sentiment. “It is an unbelievable transfer, I’ve to say I am very proud of our transfer and our change,” she informed Fox Information Digital in 2023.

“I used to be born and raised there, two of our youngsters have been born there, however now that everybody’s gone, our daughters moved to the East Coast… so there was actually nothing left for me in California,” she continued. “A few of our greatest buddies have moved away too, so I believe so [a] A very good change, simply making new buddies, residing a very completely different way of life, I like it, I am actually glad.”

As for President Trump, his Florida property – Mar-a-Lago – grew to become his main residence in 2019.
