New leadership atop Bay City Commission following president’s resignation

Alex Dewitt, the sixth district commissioner of town, was promoted to president of the committee after he was beforehand served as vp. Commissioner Chris Runberg of the seventh district of town was appointed vp of the committee on Monday.
