Actress Niña Jose has given her second baby together with her husband, former Bayambang, mayor of Pangasinan Cesar Quilbao.

The actress was went to her social media platforms on Friday, August 17 to announce the latest addition to her household, however stopped briefly when the face of her baby was exhibiting.
