North Carolina Dem lawmaker Cecil Brockman charged with statutory rape of minor

State Rep. Cecil Brockman, who represents Guilford County, faces two counts of statutory rape of a kid between the ages of 13 and 15 and two counts of indecent liberties with a toddler, based on courtroom paperwork obtained by Fox Information Digital.
