The Royal Oak Rising Artist Laureate program is designed to encourage and reward proficient younger artists. In partnership with the Royal Oak Civic Basis and the Royal Oak Fee for the Arts, the profitable artist will obtain $4,000 and a contract to publicly show their work downtown.
