Rubio says tremendous progress made in Ukraine peace talks

Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated on Sunday that discussions on ending the struggle in Ukraine had entered a productive section, as he asserted that “an infinite quantity of progress” had been made.

Rubio described how negotiators had refined the 28-point peace framework that outlines doable circumstances for a ceasefire and long-term settlement for Ukraine and Russia.
