Section of Milford Road to Close for Over a Month
A part of Milford Highway to shut greater than a month
(RCOC, September 23, 2025)
The Highway Fee for Oakland County (RCOC) has issued a allow with which Frank Rewold and Sons, a personal developer, can shut Milford Highway, from 11 Mile Highway to Locust Avenue in Lyon Township, to site visitors from Wednesday 1 October to Tuesday 11 November.
The closure is important for the contractor to construct a brand new driveway and to put in utilities underneath the highway for the brand new library facility of Lyon Township.
The continuation of site visitors in the course of the closure is 11 Mile Highway to Pontiac Path, again to Milford Highway and Vice Versa
This a part of Milford Highway has round 10,750 autos each day.
