Senior skydiver to visit Ray Township in pursuit of tandem dive goal

The resident of Cadillac, Michigan, travels by the USA in an try to succeed in 1,000 Tandem Skydiven by the top of 2026. Knor is planning so as to add this weekend to her rely through the Midwest Freefall occasion in Ray.

Knor’s curiosity in Skydiving was fueled when she was a toddler by tales that her uncle informed about his expertise within the US Navy Air Corps through the Second World Warfare.

When she was 20 years outdated, Knor cast her dad and mom’ signature to take her first Tandem Skydive.

She was so excited by the expertise, she was impressed to promote all her possessions and purchase a one-way plane in order that she might journey as a parachute fanatic. Knor turned a member of the primary American parachute crew of the US.

After an interruption of 37 years, she began the game once more in 2003.

Now Knor is touring to earn her official USPA Gold Wings for 1,000 Tandem Skydives.
