Trial scheduled for Highland murder case
A trial is scheduled for a Highland Township man accused of fatally taking pictures his fiancée final 12 months.
Jury choice will start July 13 in Oakland County Circuit Court docket for the case towards Michael Devon Webb, 22. He’s charged with first-degree homicide for the April 15, 2025, dying of Rachel Renee Wooten, 23.

The taking pictures occurred shortly after 4 p.m. that day on the couple’s house within the 200 block of Maple within the Highland Hills cellular house neighborhood, officers mentioned. Webb can also be charged with possession of a firearm in the course of the fee of against the law.
