Nosh reported in September that Vanessa’s Bistro, a longtime Vietnamese mainstay run by a mother-daughter duo, would shut completely on the finish of 2025. The owner had determined on the time to not renew the lease after twenty years. A notable change after all: Vanessa’s Bistro will stay open, in keeping with co-owner Vi Nguyen, as a result of the owner has apparently been persuaded.
