Man, 18, charged with homicide after shooting parents at Pennsylvania home

An 18-year-old man was taken into custody in West Virginia after allegedly taking pictures his mother and father of their Pennsylvania house the day after Christmas, killing his mom and wounding his father.

Jarrod Noll was charged with homicide and tried homicide in reference to the taking pictures.
