Sex assault charge against Pontiac teacher dismissed

A Pontiac college instructor accused of sexually abusing a woman associated to him for seven years has had prices towards him dismissed after prosecutors stated they may not pursue the case.
Brian Hallock’s second-degree felony sexual conduct cost was dismissed Tuesday, in response to courtroom data. Hallock was charged and arraigned in Pontiac’s fiftieth District Courtroom earlier this fall.
Oakland County Prosecutor’s Workplace spokesman Jeff Wattrick stated prosecutors couldn’t pursue the case towards Hallock, so that they dismissed it. The case was dismissed with out prejudice, which means it might be refiled at a later date.
